Rates
The fee for services
is $150 per session for 53-60 minutes sessions
The fee for services
is $75 for a 30-minute session
The fee for service is
$150 per group/class session, 90 minutes.
Charity Program/Sliding Scale - We offer a sliding
scale of $125 per/session or less for those who are unable to pay
the full rate. However, a proof of income is necessary to
determine the reduced fee.
Please note, our fees are subject to change at any time without
prior notice.
Payments via the following method:
1) Superbill: Self-pay prior to receiving reimbursement through insurance
2) Self-pay, non covered service only
